A Victorian diamond-set heart pendant/brooch, centrally-set with an old European-cut diamond estimated to weigh 0.4 carats, surrounded by fifty smaller old European-cut diamonds and suspended by detachable a diamond-set pendant loop, the smaller diamonds estimated to weigh a further total of 2
½ carats, all mounted in silver to gold back with glass locket compartment at the back and detachable gold brooch fittings, circa 1880, measuring 2.5 x 2cm, gross weight 7.1 grams.
This antique pendant/brooch is in very good condition for its age. Unmarked, tested as silver and 15ct gold with 9ct gold brooch and loop fittings.

Skinner, Jewellers by Royal Appointment to His Majesty King Charles III. The romantic heart is adorned at its core with a singular old European-cut diamond, encircled by a constellation of fifty smaller diamonds. Poised gracefully, it hangs by a detachable pendant loop adorned with diamonds.
