The enamel on this locket is black and wonderfully glossy, it really makes the gold pop. The locket also holds a cross on the front with the words 'in memoriam'. The back of the locket is simple gold and the inside holds a lock of hair and a picture of the young lady that is to be remembered. Modelled in 15ct gold.
