THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS EARLY ANTIQUE VICTORIAN BELLE EPOQUE BOHEMIAN GARNET BRACELET WITH FLOWER FLORETS OF SUPERB DEEP RED WINE GARNETS WITH A FLOWER MOTIF CLASP OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY DATING TO CIRCA 1850-1880. THE BRACELET IS SEVEN INCHES LONG AND IS MAGNIFICENT!!!
This is a stunning early antique Victorian garnet bracelet. It has a beautiful flower medallion motif with a flower motif clasp. The garnets are of the most gorgeous deep red color and they are vibrant magical gems! The chain is fully made of floral medallions with clusters of flat round and heart shape garnets in each flower. The central flower is five layers deep with two halos of heart shaped garnets! Ohh! The magnificent bracelet has a garnet clasp which we all just love.
The bracelet is in wonderful condition and all garnets appear original to the piece.
The bracelet is 7 inches long. It has a safety chain.
The center flower is pendant is 1 1/16 inches (28 mm) wide and is 12mm deep. The smallest flowers are 12mm wide.
On either side of the clasp are two fabulous square shape medallions which are 9 mm wide.
The garnets are set in lovely silver gilt as was the custom of the period for the garnet jewels.
