About the Item
A beautiful pendant necklace from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! This piece begins with a gold-filled cable chain, which secures with a large spring ring clasp. A craved mother of peal padlock pendant is located in the middle of the chain, and is accented with dainty gold-filled details. The top of the padlock pendant is attached to the chain, and therefore is not able to move freely along the chain. The wonderful luster of the mother of pearl wonderfully contrasts the yellow gold chain. A unique piece, this pendant necklace would be a romantic gift for any loved one!
Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 16" in length. The padlock measures slightly more than 1" tall, 5/8" wide, and just under 1/4" deep.
Condition: The necklace is in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold filled chain, and the spring ring clasp is intact and in working order. The padlock pendant is intact and free of any damage.
