The necklace and earrings are also accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity as belonging to Vikki Carr. The necklace and earrings are signed Ciner. They are sapphire and diamond paste. The necklace and earrings are costume not real sapphires and diamonds.
VIKKI CARR
For the last six decades, Vikki Carr has been one of the world’s foremost classic entertainers. She has released over 60 best‑selling recordings, won three Grammy Awards, and honored with a Latin Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. Her remarkable voice and talent have brought audiences to tears and to their feet. Covering a variety of genres, from her first love of jazz, to mainstream pop and country, her pioneering crossover into Latin American music solidified her international stardom.
Ms. Carr received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1981. Carr also achieved the rare feat of singing for five presidents during her career: Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, George Bush and Bill Clinton. The bicultural nature of her career has included recording with Vicente Fernandez and Pepe Aguilar while the likes of Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin were friends.
In the 1980s and 1990s, Carr had enormous success in the Latin music world, winning Grammy Awards for Best Mexican-American Performance in 1986 for her album Simplemente Mujer, Best Latin Pop Album in 1992 for Cosas del Amor and Best Mexican-American Performance in 1995 for Recuerdo a Javier Solís.[6] She also received Grammy nominations for the discs Brindo a La Vida, Al Bolero, A Ti (1993) and Emociones (1996).[6] Her numerous Spanish-language hit singles include "Total", "Discúlpame", "Déjame", "Hay Otro en Tu Lugar", "Esos Hombres", "Mala Suerte" and "Cosas del Amor". "Cosas del Amor" spent more than two months at No. 1 on the US Latin charts in 1991, her biggest Spanish-language US hit. Her Spanish-language albums have been certified gold and platinum in Mexico, Chile, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Colombia and Ecuador. She also voiced Georgette in the Latin American dub of Disney's Oliver
Company.

The necklace and earrings are sapphire and diamond paste, they are costume jewelry, not sapphires and diamonds.

The necklace is missing 3 marquise shape rhinestones in the chain. These are easily replaced if desired. We have left the necklace in the original condition in which it was obtained from Vikki Carr.
Earrings:
The earrings are 2 inches (5cm) long and 7/8 inch (22mm) wide.
The earrings are signed Ciner.

She also is known for her performances in The Snake Pit (1948), A Letter to Three Wives (1949), and High Society (1956). She is also known for originating the role of Ado Annie in the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical Oklahoma! (1943) and the Soap Opera Loving.
