About the Item
Beautiful 18k yellow gold Virgin Mary pendant designed by Émile Dropsy, one of the most respected French medallists of the early 20th century. The obverse features a serene profile of the Virgin finely sculpted in relief, bearing Dropsy’s signature at the lower right. Surrounding the central portrait is an ornate openwork frame with alternating polished and textured rays, giving the piece an elegant and radiant presence. Measuring 2.6 cm across and 3.7 cm total length with the bail, and weighing 5.46 g, this is a high-quality French devotional jewel showcasing refined craftsmanship and unmistakable Belle-Époque influence. A collectible and timeless medal.

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. Very good overall condition. The medal shows only soft micro-scratches consistent with careful wear. A tiny micro-engraving is present on the reverse, discreet and barely visible. No dents, no distortions, no structural issues. Relief details remain.
