A vintage couture Crystal Droplet Necklace from the 1950s, attributed to the parurier Roger Jean-Pierre. The most divine crystals, many fancy cut in navette, ovals and chatons embellish a crescent inspired design finished with amethyst glass droplets for an alluring and timeless look.
A revered Twentieth Century French parurier, Roger Jean-Pierre is known for his elegant and glamorous creations. Throughout his career he designed for the most famous houses including Schiaparelli, Christian Dior and Balenciaga.
Vintage Condition: Very good without damage or noteworthy wear.
Materials: Rhodium plated metal, glass crystal
Signed: Unsigned - attributed to the work of Roger Jean-Pierre
Fastening: Hook and eye
