This extraordinary fine jewellery pendant necklace features 5 pendants set with natural white fancy shape rose-cut diamonds and white Brilliant-cut diamonds with a refined, softly rounded trillion-heart silhouette, delicate triangles whose gentle curves subtly echo the shape of the décolleté.
