This is a Smith
Bartlam EPNS Finger Coin Purse. It depicts a rectangular electroplated non sterling silver purse decorated with a high relief of scrolls of acanthus leaves, small and large flowers in the front and back. Small silver chain with a silver ring serves as its handle. Inside it, there is a worn out wine color moiré fabric that line the purse.
