A very good looking well made and decorative piece, I have never seen another like it, the elephant on top is so special being carved in Jade I was tempted to remove it and sell it alone on its own merits however it does sit well and has a nice colour contrast to the polished sterling silver
The condition is good and period, there will be normal age and use related patina marks
