About the Item
This delightful inkstand in the shape of an ancient oil lamp is of particularily wonderful quality. The beaitiful handle of the oil lamp is designed as an upside down acchanthus leaf with it's curved stem. The removable little inkwell in the centre of the oil lamp is decorated with palm leaves and a twisted cord ornament. Instead of the opening for the flame there is a bronze flame which has the function of candle holder.
