La Nouvelle Bague desk and purse lens in 925/ooo sterling silver and blue fire enamel.
Measures 4 x 4 x 1.2 cm, total weight 70 g.
Made in Italy - Florence 1997
The distinctive stylized flower-square shape first appeared in La Nouvelle Bague's jewelry collections in 1996, was then developed in 1997 with many variations and included under the expression "Letter to a Woman"
In the same year and thereafter, with the same forms, defined by the fashion house as "contemporary, but not ephemeral...permanent models, not temporary fashion" also appeared desk accessories imagined for an entrepreneurial woman, "...she who is found, smiling and allusive, in every place where joy, femininity, beauty, seduction have space."

On some photos you can see curved lines on the silver frame of the lens, they are due to the opening and closing of the lens itself. In person they are much less obvious.
