A Pair of 19th Century Marble Vases, with Ormolu Mounts. The rim and collar with rope twist and hatched banding, surrounding the outswept neck, over the classical ovoid body, tapering into a rising and scrolling leaf cup, finished with a circular medallion foot. The vases each with a pair of handles. The vases on square stepped plinths.The plinths raised up on rope twist circular feet. Date circa 1830. Height 14,4 inches, 36cm. Depth 4 1/2 inches, 12.5cm.
