This elegant late Victorian comb highlights the artistry of 19th-century European silverwork and enamel craftsmanship. The silver case is richly hand engraved and features a beautifully painted enamel panel depicting a lively procession of cherubs with wings, a motif symbolizing innocence, joy, and romance. Framing the central scene are additional painted enamel sections in deep cobalt blue and turquoise tones, designed to mimic the luxurious look of hardstone inlay while showcasing the skill of the enameller.
