About the Item
These fine collectors buttons are made out of porcelain with printed and painted pastural scenes in the middle of the 19th century.. A boy with bare feet is resting in the grass holding his bag pipes.
In the background we see bushes and hills. The button has been worn, there is a crack and some scratches. Restauration is possible. The other button shows a young bare footed woman in a contemplative pose, beside her we see a basket full of flowers on her right, on her left a dog is siting close to her. The button is in good condition. The mounts are made from silver plated brass.
