Native American Benjamin Becenti Sterling Silver Inlay Storyteller Buckle
Conchos
Benjamin Becenti is well-known for his storryteller pieces. This belt buckle and concho set includes 1 buckle and 9 conchos, each depicting scenes from Navajo life. The scenes are done in a stone inlay with stamped accents. Stones appear to be turquoise, coral, onyx and mother of pearl.
Weighs approx 387g, 249dwt total
Both buckle and conchos measure approx 3" long, 1 7/8" wide, belt buckle opening measures approx 1 1/2"wide, concho belt opening measures approx 1 1/4" wide. The loops on the conchos for the belt are made from an alternate metal.
Marked BB STERLING 591803
Very nice condition, with some slight surface scratches and light tarnish.
Will be packaged in a gift box or pouch (when possible) and shipped US Express Mail with insurance.
