About the Item
A stunning, fine and impressive antique 1.32 carat diamond, 15 karat yellow gold and platinum set twist ring; part of our antique twist engagement rings collections.
This impressive twist engagement ring has been crafted in 15k yellow gold with a platinum setting.
The platinum setting displays an impressive 0.60ct and 0.58ct Old European cut diamond, individually claw-set in a diagonal twist formation.
The curved ring shoulders are each embellished with a millegrain decorated row of six pavé set Dutch cut diamonds, totalling 0.14cts, blending seamlessly with the plain yellow gold ring shank.
This Old European cut diamond twist ring is hallmarked to the interior shank with the French import marks for gold (owl) and platinum (masked man); these are used for finished articles brought into France to be examined by the French assay office.
This impressive antique ring is supplied with two IDGL diamond grading report certificates for the feature stones, in addition to an IDGL diamond grading report card for the supporting stones.

Condition
This yellow gold diamond twist ring is excellent quality set with two impressive feature diamonds displaying a fine white colour, brilliance and presence.

The ring is an excellent gauge of gold and platinum and is in excellent condition.
The hallmarks to the outer surface are clear in keeping with age and location.
The ring has a fine and delicate shank, which is often the case with original antique rings.
