About the Item
A day and night ring features a central band made up of rubies and sapphires, and two further bands either side on hinges. They are grain set with diamonds and this ring contains transitional cut diamonds. Estimated as G in colour and VS in clarity they have a combined weight of 1.20 carat. The rubies are a lush deep red and the sapphires a matching blue. They each have a combined weight of 1.65 carat and are channel set within platinum. The ring dates to the 1930s and is all handmade.
