About the Item
The Erebus Egoist ring has a woven, textured barrel shape forged in silver plated with ruthenium, giving the outside a dark, minimal, almost silent appearance. On the exterior sits a single round-cut blue sapphire, the only visible stone - calm, contained, understated. Inside the ring, hidden from the world, are cabochon rubies placed so they touch the skin directly. This direct contact is essential to the Egoist concept: the stones are meant to interact with the wearer, not the viewer. Their energy moves inward, not outward, creating a private flow that influences only the person who wears the ring. The outside remains controlled and reserved; the intensity is on the inside. This is a singular edition, made as a statement of inner beauty kept close and hidden, a reminder that what matters is carried within, not projected outward. The brand was founded in 2000 by a contemporary jewelry designer German Kabirski. It quickly attracted attention, mainly from people who don't like traditional jewelry and art critics. From the beginning, German Kabirski was all about being different. He combined diamonds with pebbles, precious metals with fur and feathers, and set stones in a way nobody thought possible.
