About the Item
A stunning diamond eternity band from the 1960s era! Crafted in platinum, this unique ring features a glittering row of Marquise Cut diamonds that subtly graduate in size towards the back. With 20 diamonds in total, each stone is held by prongs and further secured by shared-prong settings. The ring's collective diamond weight is an impressive approximate 7.00ctw! The central diamond weighs approximately 0.80ctw, and the diamonds graduate to the smallest size being approximately 0.20ctw. The diamonds exhibit G-H range color and SI1-SI2 range clarity, each one catching the light brilliantly with every turn. The band was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA-certified Graduate Gemologist in March of 2022 and has a stated retail replacement value of $20,000.00. This beautiful design looks impressive on its own but could be stacked with other complimentary bands if desired. This handcrafted ring has a classic appeal, it would make an exquisite wedding band or anniversary gift!
The ring fits a finger size of 6.5 but could be resized very slightly. The front of the graduated band, where the largest diamond rests, measures slightly more than 13/32" wide, while the back of the band measures slightly less than 9/32" wide. The band rests about 1/8" above the finger when worn.
