About the Item
This gold band ring by the late London jeweler, Wendy Ramshaw (1939 - 2018), may well have been custom made. The abstract gold band measures size 6 1/2. It is accompanied by Ramshaw's turned lucite stand for which she was also known. The ring is 3/8" from front to back. The stand is 1 3/4" tall.
Ramshaw is known as one of the most innovative jewelers of the late 20th century. In addition to jewelry, she created architectural pieces such as gates. Her work has been shown throughout the western world.
