About the Item
This is a rare example of an 18th century vinaigrette ring, the pierced lid opens to house a little sponge that has been soaked in perfume. The lid is decorated with two turtle doves sitting on a balustrade over a heart.
All stones with the exception of a little emerald in the eye of one of the birds are missing.
I have chosen to not replace the stones, the ring is stunning as it iss.
Resizing is available.
