About the Item
This is a rare antique diamond ring from the Georgian era. The focal high chunky rose cut diamond is encompassed by an array of silver set domed rose cut diamonds; the foiled backing of which has ever so slightly lost its cleanliness over the years, all be it consistent with the ring's age. The open shoulders borrow a fleur-de-lis like style (also silver) and the piece is finished with a French hallmark and geometrically engraved shank with a closed ornate backing.
