About the Item
Here we have an elegant 18ct gold ring featuring a striking oval shaped ruby at the centre of the face. This vibrant red principal stone is surrounded by a duo of octagonally shaped frames; each consisting of a single row of round faceted old mine-cut diamonds. All stones here have been finely milgrain set in platinum; a theme which continues onto either shoulder before the ring is made complete by ornate engraving work to the under-gallery.
