About the Item
Georgian emerald and diamond ring with gemstones set in a geometric pattern of 3 linked "t"s and set in crimped collets with the lovely hand carved gold Georgian closed back that is as pretty as the front. The 10 diamonds are set in silver collets and the 3 emeralds in an unusual gold crimped collet. The goldsmith clearly wanted the emeralds to stand out with the gold collet. These are the hand made details we love in Georgian jewelry.
The sides of the band have a hand carved upper and lower "scroll" which grasps the ring face. The sides of the band are delicately carved with curlicues and the band itself is reeded. It is the hand carved details of this ring that make it spectacular. Details are shown in the photos.
The ring is a size 5.5 US, resizeable.
