About the Item
This beautiful twisted cluster ring dates to the Edwardian period. An oval cut sapphire sits central to the piece with clusters of old cut diamonds set to either side. Rub over set into 18 carat yellow gold the sapphire weighs 0.50 carat and is a completely natural stone. Each of the flanking diamond clusters features three diamonds, for a total of 0.18 carat. Each stone matches in colour at H and ranges in clarity from VS to SI. The diamonds are rub over set into platinum and sit upon 18 carat yellow gold collets. The twisting band of the same metal envelops the display and completes the piece perfectly.
