Original Art Deco Natural Aquamarine and Diamond Cluster Ring mounted in Platinum.
A refreshingly cool light blue hue colors the billowy cushion-cut aquamarine that glistens. The gemstone, resting on a double beveled bezel with milgrain edges, is surrounded by a vertically pierced frame with eighteen single-cut diamonds. Subtly engraved shoulders, each set with three individual diamonds each totaling six, and an elegant scrolled lower gallery add the finishing touches. Aquamarine weight approx.: 4.05 carats; total diamond weight: 0.75 carats. Skillfully handcrafted in a time before mass production in platinum, circa 1925, now a size 7 1/4 USA (resizable).
