About the Item
Here we have an elegant navette ring taken from the Victorian era. At the centre of the face we find an oval shaped white opal, displaying a strong blue hue with subtle flashes of oranges and greens. Surrounding the opal is a frame of round faceted old mine cut diamonds, each individually claw set in silver to enhance the opal's natural iridescence. This focal ensemble is accompanied by open shoulders on either side and otherwise slim plain band.
