About the Item
This is a spectacular antique Retro to Art Deco 12 Carat Green Onyx and 4.5 Carat Carved Ruby Ring. The ring is 14 Karat Gold.
The sparkling oval Green Onyx cabochon cut gem, also known as chalcedony, is approximately 12 Carats and is one of the most gorgeous green onyx cabochons we have seen. The onyx is a monumental 20mm by 15mm by 6mm.
The onyx is accented by four gorgeous carved natural mined Ruby gems with six additional round Rubies. The four fabulous natural large rubies are carved in a flower and leaf motif. They have exquisite red color. The rubies are approximately 7mm by 5mm by 3mm and approximately 1 Carat each. There are three smaller round rubies set between the carved rubies. The total weight of the rubies is approximately 4.5 Carats.
The jewels are set in 14 Karat Yellow Gold.
This combination of the exquisite radiant green of the onyx with the 10 ruby gems creates a dynamic, dramatic, stunning Retro jewel. It is a treasure to be worn and to be passed on for generations.
The Green Onyx cabochon is 20mm by 15mm by 6mm and is approximately 12 Carats.
The larger carved rubies are each approximately 7mm in length by 5mm wide and 3mm tall and 1 Carat in size.
The total ruby weight is approximately 4.5 Carats.
The ring is currently a size 6.75 US and can be easily resized if desired.
The ring is 14 Karat Yellow Gold.
