18K Rose Gold Made in Italy Design Innovatively Worn Citrine Cocktail Ring. The 18 karat Rose Gold Oval Citrine Quartz Ethereal and Cosmic Design Cocktail Ring is named Caterina. I designed this ring with a special way of being worn: the large oval stone comfortably rests between two fingers, making it exceptionally wearable for a ring with such a large gem. It features an oval mixed cut high quality citrine around 8.2 carats. The gem measures about 18*14*8 millimeters. The total weight of the ring is 11.64 grams. The size of the ring is EU 56, US 7 3/4. The ring is CAD designed by Italian designer and gemologist (GIA G.G.) Beatrice Barzaghi, then 3D printed, fused in gold, set and polished by hand by the best Italian goldsmiths. The distance between the vertex of the head and the curve holding the stone measures 30 mm. A spring has to be soldered inside the ring to fit the proper size and wear the ring at its best. Although the Caterina ring features a gem with a considerable size, it was carefully designed to gracefully fit into the anatomy of the left hand. The model can be custom redesigned to fit the right hand, since the weight of the stone influence the way of wearing it. Better to be worn on the middle or ring finger of the left hand.
