About the Item
This 18 karat yellow gold ring is likely a copy of a 'Nardi' design originating in Italy. The cast 18 karat yellow gold ring centres on a 12 carat 'square cushion checkerboard cut' green peridot which is classed as 'bright mid yellowish green very lightly included'. The central stone is surrounded by a halo of 64 brilliant cut yellow diamonds. The shank and shoulders of the ring are set with a further 31 round brilliant cut yellow diamonds. These diamonds are each of 'fancy intense brownish yellow' colour and SI clarity totalling 1.0 carat. This ring was acquired with another very similar ring which was hallmarked for the Italian jewellery maker 'Nardi', however this peridot piece appears to be a copy of this Nardi ring, not an original. Regardless the piece is made to the same standard as its counterpart and the stones are of excellent quality. We have included an image of its pink tourmaline counterpart for reference, however please note the pieces are sold separately. A beautiful summery cocktail ring which sparkles beautifully in the light.
