About the Item
Wonderful swirl design 1950's amethyst and diamond cocktail ring. The center piece of this mid-century design is a round purple amethyst. Mounted in a platinum setting, this gemstone is haloed with two rows of single cut diamonds in a swirl design. The single cut diamonds also continue part way down each shoulder. The brilliance of the diamonds amplify the deep rich purple of the amethyst. A truly beautiful ring.
