About the Item
An impressive antique 0.20 carat diamond and platinum cocktail ring with engraved military badge; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections.
This fine and impressive antique diamond ring has been crafted in platinum.
The square shaped face of this armigerous signet ring is embellished with a fine and impressive engraved military badge depicting on a wreath of the colours, a dexter arm embowed in armour, the gauntlet grasping a pike in bend sinister, between two dragons' wings each charged with a cross.
The lower portion of the crest bears the motto 'Arma pacis fulcra' - Armed Strength for Peace, which pertains to the Honourable Artillery Company*.
The design is framed by a total of twenty-two pavé set eight-cut diamonds.
The elevated, pierced decorated and tapering ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank.
The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the maker's mark 'M&M' and the platinum mark (PT).
This antique platinum diamond ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

* The Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) is a branch of the British Army and is considered as the second oldest military corps in the world; incorporated by Royal Charter in the 14th century. Condition
This impressive antique cocktail ring is fine quality set with very high color graded diamonds and a sharp engraved crest. The ring is a very good gauge of platinum and is in excellent condition, with clear hallmarks to the interior of the shank.
