A stunning, fine and impressive antique 1.45 carat diamond and 1.58 carat natural blue sapphire twist ring in platinum; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections.
This stunning, fine and impressive twist ring has been crafted in platinum.
The ring displays a feature 1.45Ct Old European round cut diamond and a 1.58Ct cushion mixed cut natural blue sapphire eight claw / prong set diagonally on a twist within a pierced decorated basket style setting.
The curved ring shoulders integrate into the twist design and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank.
This sapphire and diamond cocktail ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum.
This antique cocktail ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading certificate for the feature diamond, in addition to a sapphire report supplied by the Gemmological Certification Services*, London.
NOTE: * This documentation accredits the sapphire originating in Basaltic deposit and certifies that the gemstone shows no indications of heating; non-heated sapphires are a scarcity.
Condition
This stunning antique 1920's sapphire and diamond ring is fine quality set with a natural blue sapphire and a very high color graded old cut diamond.
The ring is a very good gauge of platinum and is in excellent condition.
Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine platinum sapphire and diamond ring.
