Peridot Platinum Yellow Gold European Ring Boxed.
Platinum and Yellow Gold used together was a common technique of the period in Europe. The grid and Diamond cast is Platinum, while the rest of the ring is Gold with fine ornamentation. The ring (band) is carved with floral ornamentation. A sign of a great skill of the jeweler.
Center 2.7 Ct Peridot a fine very bright stone, superb by the standards of the 1900-es. Smaller stones on the sides weighting approximately 0.40 Carats.
The design and styling of this fine item represent a transitional times from Art Nouevo to Art Deco, with it's more geometrically perfect lines.
The ring looks very attractive from any angle and can be a great addition to a jewelry collection. It is sure only to gain in its value as the time goes by. It is just an amazing present!
