About the Item
At the beginning of summer, the early hours are suffused with a warm softness. Dew-drops glimmer in the golden glints of the day’s first light. When hiking at this hour, nature reveals a beauty which cannot be witnessed at any other time of the day. This ring is a metaphor for the magic of daybreak, whose strongest spell is cast in deep-green meadows and forests.
The ring features a 2.7 carat deep-green emerald united with a Top Wesselton Brilliant, and set in 18 k Yellow-Gold.

This piece of jewelry from our exclusive "EXCELSIO VIVALDI" collection comes with a poem written specifically for this piece. It is included with the jewelry and is part of the piece. The poem is presented in the original German and in an English translation (by Matthew Clarke) (see images), making this piece unique.
The images show the poem without a signature or stamp. The buyer will receive the original on fine handmade paper with a signature and red sealing wax stamp.

Alexander Leyser
In 2014, Alexander Leyser launched his eponymous company and brand, ALEXANDER LEYSER, in Kirschweiler, Germany, a town strategically positioned right next to Idar-Oberstein, the city which has been a world leader in the gemstone industry for over five-hundred years. The Leyser family has been crafting gemstones through four generations, dating back to the nineteenth century. Alexander Leyser’s greatgrandfather Albert, grandfather Oswald, and finally his father Berthold were all professional lapidators of the highest caliber. Like Alexander, his ancestors ran their company in Kirschweiler, where their workshop supplied world famous jewelers with top notch cabochons (polished gemstones) as well as ring and bracelet stones. High-value colored gemstones are the heart and lifeblood of the company’s creations. From the mining of the gemstone to the last polish of the jewel, the absolute highest quality of materials and workmanship and a policy of ethical sustainability are demanded. True artistry is the pulse that resonates at every step of the creation process.
