A rare and highly coveted gemstone. A 7.25 carat cushion cut ruby. GRS certified as vivid purplish red, unheated, and from Siam (Thailand). Set in 18k yellow gold and platinum with a round cut diamond halo. The ruby is slightly elongated, but set horizontally east to west to offer a distinctive and unique width on the finger

The color is rich, vivid, and bears hints of purple with a visibly dominant color of red. This Ruby has the ideal mix of vivid color saturation with excellent transparency and brilliance. So the color is dense yet not opaque, meaning you can still see through the gemstone. A mix of elements that is extremely rare, especially at over 7 carats and with no heat treatment.
