A fine and impressive antique 2.46 carat cushion cut blue sapphire and 0.38 carat diamond, 18 karat white gold cocktail ring; part of our diverse antique jewellery collections.
This fine and impressive antique Ceylon sapphire ring has been crafted in 18k white gold.
The pierced decorated setting is ornamented with an impressive feature four claw set 2.46 ct cushion cut Ceylon sapphire.
The sapphire is flanked on either side by two baguette cut diamonds.
The subtly elevated ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank.
The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the makers mark (B&C) and the fineness mark for 18k gold ( 750 ).
This impressive cushion cut sapphire ring with baguette side stones is supplied with an independent diamond and gemstone grading report card*.
NOTE: * The Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) lab has verbally accredited the Ceylon sapphire originating in Sri Lanka and verifies that the gemstone shows no indications of heating; non-heated sapphires are a scarcity.

This impressive antique ring is excellent quality, set with a fine and impressive Ceylon sapphire displaying fine colour, brilliance and presence.

The ring is an excellent gauge of gold and is in excellent condition, with clear hallmarks to the interior of the shank.
