An impressive antique 1.32 carat natural sapphire and 0.81 carat diamond, 15 karat yellow gold cocktail ring; part of our diverse estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive sapphire and diamond ring has been crafted in 15k yellow gold. The pierced decorated, scrolling setting features an Old European round cut diamond bezel set to the center. The feature diamond is flanked on either side with round mixed cut natural sapphires. This ring is further accented with two pairs of eight cut diamonds set within triangular shaped frames between the feature stones. The elevated, flared, scroll and grove decorated ring shoulders blend seamlessly with the plain 15k yellow gold hallmarked ring shank. The hallmarks to the interior of the shank included the London Assay Office mark (leopards head), gold guarantee mark (crown) and date letter for 1979 (E). This ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading certificate one for the feature diamond, in addition to the diamond grading report card illustrated. Images do not always reflect the true color and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual color and showcases each stone. Condition This sapphire and diamond ring is fine quality, set with impressive natural sapphires and very high color graded old cut diamonds. The ring is a very good gauge of gold and in excellent condition, the English hallmarks to the interior ring shank are slightly worn but remain legible.
