A mesmerizing antique ring featuring a finely carved orthoclase moonstone cameo of Medusa, her features rendered with luminous translucence and mythic intensity. The cameo is framed by a sparkling halo of rose cut diamonds set in platinum, creating a dramatic interplay of soft glow and subtle shimmer that feels both ethereal and powerful.
Originally an antique brooch from 1890, the piece was expertly transformed by our jeweler, who removed the pin findings and added a 14k gold band, preserving its historic artistry while adapting it for contemporary wear.
The face of the ring measures approximately 0.7 inches in diameter and is currently a size 6.25 (resizable upon request for an additional charge).
All metals have been professionally verified using XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis and confirmed with jeweler’s acid testing, authenticating their platinum and 14k gold composition.
