A ruby and diamond ring in gold, comprising one oval cut ruby and twenty-four old cut diamonds, to an 18 karat yellow gold band.
An exquisite cherry red ruby is set to the centre of this show-stopping ring. The ruby is bright, vibrant, and very lightly included. The ruby is oval cut, and claw set to the centre of the ring, elevated above the diamonds, allowing light to pass through the stone. The ruby is surrounded by a sparkling boat of old cut diamonds. The diamonds vary in size, fitting together to create an elegant marquise shape. The ornate, scrolled shoulders are elegantly split, tapering to a band of plain, polished yellow gold. The ring is in excellent condition. Wear and tear acquiescent with age.
