About the Item
Aquamarine and diamond cocktail ring. Set with an octagonal emerald-cut natural unenhanced aquamarine in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 26.80 carats, further set with marquise shape brilliant cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.70 carats, to a bold flanked solitaire design, featuring split corner claws, a structured openwork gallery and fancy shape open backholing flanked by trumpeting split shoulders with floral motifs flowing down to a solid ridged D-shape shank. Tested 18 carat white gold, circa 1970.
