Argentamento Bianco Sculptural Ring in 925 Silver by Brando Pilgiò
Unique Piece
Dimensions: 0.81 cm (bottom) - 2.55 cm (top).
Materials: 925 Silver, Muto finish, White concrete, Diamonds, Yellow Gold.
Stones: natural round brilliant-cut diamonds, G color, VS–VVS clarity.
One-of-a-kind piece: it can only be recreated in a similar version, never identical in the distribution of the concrete, the pattern of the lattice, the placement of the golden drops and the stones.
Part of a handcrafted series, each piece is individually finished: every stage is done by hand, ending with the final surface finish. Small variations in texture, thickness, and tiny marks are a natural part of the process.
Sculptural ring in 925 silver with inclusions of white concrete, small polished yellow-metal drops and natural brilliant-cut diamonds. The upper part develops on multiple levels: a more compact, rough area that opens into a pierced lattice, marked by irregular voids and textured reliefs. Diamonds of different sizes are set both inside the lattice and along the edges, while the golden drops emerge as denser points of light. Work on open spaces lightens the overall volume and makes the ring surprisingly comfortable to wear, despite its strong visual impact.
Story of the Jewel
This ring springs from a research on urban materials, especially concrete: a rigid, cold, squared element designed to build walls and structures that do not move. Here, that concrete is taken away from its usual role: fragmented, mixed with silver, transformed into a porous, irregular matter.
Straight lines disappear, edges crumble, voids, pockets and cavities appear. It is as if a piece of the city had been left to erode until it became something more organic, almost coral-like. Diamonds and golden drops are not there to hide this transformation, but to highlight it: small flashes of light crossing a material born to be opaque and static.
The ring tells precisely this gesture: taking a hard, severe urban element and making it free, fluid, in motion. Breaking the compact form of concrete so it can be reborn as a living structure, worn on the finger instead of lying underfoot.
