This dramatic navette ring is quite the spectacular find!
Sleek and slender, this romantic gem has a delightful and intriguing design. The diamond-sprinkled openwork navette shape frames five principal diamonds spaced with of bright deep red calibre rubies ornamented with diamonds glittering from within bow-like setting, all of which crowns a gleaming white gold shank embellished with ruby-set shoulders. The diamonds are perfectly matched in color and clarity as are the the high quality rubies that show a deep strong highly saturated ruby red color. Made circa 1920-1940.
An utterly charming and uncommon jewel.
Measures 23mm x 9.5mm, band 2mm wide. 46 diamonds, 5 largest approx 0,55ct in total, G-H/VS, 10 natural, strong saturated rubies, Hand fabricated in 18K white gold platinum over 18K gold, currently ring size 6 1/4 us.
In very good condition.
