Art Deco Old European Diamond Sapphire Ring Platinum Antique Toi et Moi
This totally stunning estate Art DECO platinum Toi et Moi piece holds a genuine earth mined round cut sapphire and old European cut diamond set in a bypass design. The center old European cut diamond measures 5.4mm in diameter and is .75 carat actual weight. We had this diamond out of the mounting to weigh. It is VS-2 in clarity and JK in color. Very clean diamond! Very brilliant, old magic! The opposing vibrant blue genuine earth mined round cut sapphire measures 6.5mm in diameter and estimated to be 1.30 carats. It has a very strong intensity, beautiful blue!! Very clean and bright sapphire. In addition, there are 8 Old European and mine cut diamonds set on the shank, total weight of these smaller diamonds is 1/4 carat. These diamonds are estimated to be clean VS2 in clarity and HI-near colorless in color. Grand total diamond weight is 1.0 carat. This lovely piece weighs 4.5 grams of platinum. Size 7.25 (easily sizable). The presentation measures 12.8mm high (over 1/2") and the center diamond is raised 5.8mm high. Beautiful etching!
