About the Item
A superb Art Deco sapphire and diamond cluster ring, finely crafted in platinum, circa 1925–1935. At the center rests a brilliant-cut diamond weighing approximately 0.50 carats, encircled by six richly saturated blue sapphires (approx. 0.80 carats total). A halo of twenty lively round diamonds, totaling approximately 3.00 carats, frames the design in a scalloped floral form.
The shoulders are embellished with additional diamonds, flowing into a refined platinum shank. The under-gallery reveals intricate filigree latticework, a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship of the Deco period.
