Art Nouveau Spaulding GIA 9.48ct Natural Star Ruby Diamond Ring 18K Gold Designer Signed
This is a beautiful antique ring from Art Nouveau era crafted in 18K yellow gold. It is marked SPAULDING (see pic). The ring is set with a prettiest bright dark purple red genuine earth mined natural oval cabochon cut star ruby. The ruby measures 14.43mm x 11.54mm and is 9.48ct (actual weight). Please see GIA certificate posted. This is natural translucent ruby with no indication of heating!! Very high quality ruby, great color. It is glowing! The star moves across the top of the gem as light passes over it in electric lighting. Lovely stone! The mounting is spectacular also. Original ART NOUVEAU in great condition. The ruby is adorned by 10 single cut diamonds, just a small but perfect touch of shimmer. The ring weighs hefty 8.9 grams and is size 5 finger (easily sizable). The presentation measures 18.65mm tall and it is raised 6mm high from your finger.
