A large round cabochon blue topaz gemstone ring with two faceted, pear-shaped tanzanite stones on the side. 18K gold over sterling (not a plated gold). Ring size is 7.25.
The fine jewelry collection is sourced, designed or created by Deborah Lockhart Phillips.
