About the Item
This is a gorgeous estate Diamond Sapphire Ring in 14 Karat White Gold with a removable 18 Karat Yellow Gold Halo. The ring has exquisite quality Sapphires and Diamonds in an exuberant cocktail statement ring. In the center is an approximately 1/4 Carat brilliant white diamond of approximately F-G color and VS clarity. There are 12 additional diamonds that are between .10 and .15 Carats each for a total of approximately 1.75 Carats of Diamonds. There are 12 very fine blue sapphires of great beauty. The sapphires are approximately .10 carat each for a total of approximately 1.2 Carats. The gems are all set in 14 Karat White Gold in a dome shape setting. The ring also has an exquisite 18 Karat Yellow Gold halo which is completely removable so you can wear the white gold ring with or without the yellow gold halo. I love this! The fabulous ring is one of the most beautiful sapphire and diamond rings we have seen. The gems are absolutely exquisite jewels. The Diamonds are brilliantly white. The color of the fine blue Sapphires is just magnificent. The ring is a masterwork of jewelry making and gem setting. The extraordinary jewels are all set "a jour" - open backed - so that the light is allowed to filter through the gems and make them sparkle with the wonderful quality we love in the antique jewels. The delightful blue and white gems dance delightfully on the hand and create a conversation piece to be passed on for generations.
