About the Item
This platinum emerald and diamond ring weighs a hefty 17 grams. Nice and sturdy, the ring has a center emerald weighing 7.21 carats (exactly). The emerald is faceted in a classy pear and is securely set in a three pronged martini setting. The stone has a rich green color with lots of fire and translucency, with natural inclusions commonly found in emeralds that do not affect the stones beauty. The emerald is of Colombian origin, highly coveted. A very fine emerald whose pictures do not serve it justice. It is is surrounded by multiple marquise, round and baguette cut diamonds, set in a classy ballerina cocktail design. The diamonds combine to weigh 1.55 carats (stamped) and have been jeweler graded to be F-G in color and VS2-SI1 in clarity with lots of brilliance and fire. The ring's head measures an impressive 22 mm for a very large and showy look. Guaranteed to be a conversation starter and an eye catcher. The ring comes with a GIA report, report number 5232637505 (the physical GIA report will accompany the ring). The ring comes as a size 5 and can be sized by a jeweler qualified to deal in platinum.
